1. Legal Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and Hollywoodbets. By accessing our platform, registering an account, placing sports wagers, or participating in Spina Zonke games, you agree to adhere strictly to all terms, betting rules, and promotional guidelines contained herein.

2. Account Eligibility & Age Limits

To register an account and participate in real-money wagering at Hollywoodbets, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your legal state/jurisdiction). Underage gambling is strictly illegal.
  • You must reside in a jurisdiction where online sports betting and legal slot games are explicitly permitted by law.
  • You are restricted to holding one (1) account per person, address, IP address, and financial instrument. Duplicate accounts will be locked and balances forfeited.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & FICA Verification

All financial deposits must originate from a bank account, voucher, or payment gateway registered under your legal name.

  1. Identity Verification (FICA): Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, Hollywoodbets requires official Proof of Identity and Proof of Residence documents.
  2. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed solely to verified account holders via instant EFT or authorized payment channels.
  3. Anti-Money Laundering: Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal requests can be approved.

4. Sportsbook & Spina Zonke Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on sports markets or Spina Zonke slot titles are final once accepted by our system server.

  • Hollywoodbets reserves the right to cancel or void wagers placed on obviously erroneous odds, technical glitches, or palpas (system errors).
  • Maximum daily payout caps apply as detailed in our specific sportsbook payout schedule.
  • Automated betting software, bots, or collusion between players is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account revocation.

5. Bonus & Promotional Policies

Welcome bonuses, free spins, and deposit match rewards are governed by specific playthrough requirements detailed in each promotional offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until specified wagering multipliers are satisfied in full.

6. Account Termination & Limitation of Liability

Hollywoodbets reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, engaging in fraudulent activities, or abusing promotional offers.

Under no circumstances shall Hollywoodbets be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical downtime, internet connectivity failures, or third-party server interruptions.
